Candidate information

Office sought: Governor of Oregon

On the issues

On her campaign’s priorities page, Drazan proposes lowering taxes, expanding child care tax credits and repealing regulations she says increase household costs. She supports changes to permitting and expanded first-time homeowner programs.

Her homelessness proposals include an emergency declaration addressing addiction and mental health, audits of homelessness spending, treatment and enforcement of outstanding arrest warrants.

For education, she proposes restoring graduation requirements, expanding school choice, increasing special education funding and ensuring children can read by third grade.

Her government proposals include a pause on new rules and regulations, replacing ineffective agency heads and cutting programs she believes do not deliver results. These are campaign proposals, rather than independently established findings about government performance.
