The Oregon Clinic has opened its first physical therapy office in Beaverton, adding orthopedic rehab, pelvic floor therapy and sports performance services near Highway 217.

The Creekside Pavilion site sits near the Hall/Nimbus WES TriMet station and offers free parking.

The new clinic, called The Oregon Clinic Physical Therapy-West, is located at 11000 S.W. Stratus St. inside the Creekside Pavilion in the Nimbus Business Park near Washington Square Mall. The pavilion, which opened May 4, already houses several Oregon Clinic specialty offices including cardiology, pulmonary medicine and orthopedics.

The Beaverton location is the group's second physical therapy office. Its first, on Northeast Glisan Street in Portland, opened earlier in 2026.

"Physical therapy is an important part of the recovery process for so many of our patients … but it's not always easy to access," Richard Jamison, president of The Oregon Clinic, said in a statement reported by the Beaverton Valley Times. "Opening new resources like these help to ensure that our patients can get the full range of care they need to heal and improve their health."

The Oregon Clinic is a Portland-based physician group with more than 350 practitioners that describes itself as the largest private multi-specialty practice in Oregon.

Three doctors of physical therapy work at the Beaverton office, with more hiring underway. Jordan Brandon, a doctor of physical therapy and certified manual physical therapist, serves as clinic manager. Brandon said in an Aug. 24 statement that the office can tailor each patient's treatment program to fit individual needs and goals.

The list of services is broad. It includes orthopedic prehabilitation and rehabilitation, post-operative rehab, pelvic floor physical therapy, spine and sports medicine rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation for conditions such as Parkinson's disease and stroke, and balance and gait analysis. The office also offers specialized sports training using a Keiser functional trainer machine.

Patients have access to their medical records through Epic's MyChart system.

The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Patients can call 503-863-5880 to schedule or request a referral through their care provider.
