A home-based coffee shop in south Beaverton is picking up new customers after launching drink menus inspired by the Twilight franchise.
Keye Fox, owner of Sayang's Coffee, created two Twilight-themed menus in late August featuring drinks named after characters and moments from the vampire saga, OregonLive first reported Wednesday, Sept. 30. The drinks come decorated with themed stickers, toasted marshmallows and edible images.
Fox told OregonLive she spent four days perfecting the recipes and presentation. The response has been swift: a recent 30-drink day was her busiest yet, and she said she now restocks supplies almost every day.
"I was doing them for like four days," Fox said. "I was like, 'This has to be perfect.'"
Fox started Sayang's Coffee in October 2025 after teaching herself to make coffee through online tutorials. The business approaches its first anniversary next month. She plans to keep the Twilight menus permanently, citing the Pacific Northwest's connection to the franchise. Much of the first Twilight film was shot in and around Portland and St. Helens.
Sayang's Coffee takes orders from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday via Instagram direct messages at @sayangsscoffee. Customers can arrange pickup at Fox's south Beaverton home, delivery or preorders.
